This information is (perhaps) contained within the photo file: some photos contain standardized metadata according to EXIF: EXchangeable Image file Format.

You can use the site https://www.geoportail.gouv.fr/ and copy-paste the latitude and longitude in the search field (the format expected by the software is 46.855370, -0.771376 for example)
